Specialisations
Anna specializes in employment, labour and social security law, helping both employers and human resources to navigate its meanders.
She supports employers in the preparation of all necessary documents (such as work regulations, collective labour agreements, remuneration and bonus regulations, remuneration policy for public companies, non-competition employment contracts, NDA, employment contract termination), as well as in the course of out-of-court disputes and litigation. She represents employers during the audits from the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and in the course of disputes or negotiations with trade unions, including the collective bargaining procedure. She also provides training in the field of employment and labour law and audits companies in the same respect.
At our law firm, she manages the Labour Law team.

Anna has participated in many processes of employment restructuring, including collective redundancies and employee transfer with an organized part of an enterprise.
Additional activities
Anna also develops her skills through training in mediation.
Interests and hobbies
Anna is a bookworm, she loves beautiful illustrations, which she also attempts to create, and decorates the space with plants. On a daily basis, she supports her daughters as their biggest fan.
