We advise on the preparation of the following documentation and on its subsequent implementation: Employment Regulations (Employee’s Handbook), Collective Labour Agreement, Remuneration and Bonus Regulations, Company’s Employee Benefit Fund Regulations, announcements and orders as required by the provisions of the Polish Labour Law, as well as internal policies, e.g. Anti-Harassment Policy or Anti-Corruption Policy. We participate in the employer’s talks with trade unions, we provide assistance in negotiations including parleys and collective bargaining.
We assist in the planning and implementation of investments, providing the investor’s with full legal security at every stage. We draft contracts and evaluate presented drafted contracts to be signed with with subcontractors and financing institutions (loan and co-financing agreements).
We draft both contract templates for repeated use and for later clarification by the client themselves, as well as customised contracts for specific circumstances and projects. We analyze the text, introduce changes and comments, offer support in contract negotiation and highlight potential risks. We advise also during the execution of the contract
