Specialisations

Martyna specializes in employment, labour and social security law, as well as in legal matters related to the employment of foreigners and the legalization of their stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland. She regularly supports employers in the safe and effective application of labour law and employing foreigners, advising them and drafting legal documents.

Sample projects

On a daily basis, Martyna advises employment agencies and employers on employing foreigners, and if needed, engages in correspondence and clarifies matters with administrative authorities. She actively participates in the preparation and then implementation of internal work regulations, e.g. work regulations, remuneration regulations, collective labour agreements. She conducts audits in the field of employment and labour law, and also concerning the organisation of employment, she advises on the clients’ restructuring in terms of employment. She represents employers in court disputes regarding unjustified and unlawful termination of employment, as well as in court disputes regarding deprivation of the right to social security benefits.

Additional activities

She gives lectures and training courses on issues related to the application of employment and labour law.
